Registration at the Italian Embassy in Dhaka is now open on the new Prenot@Mi online portal, available at the address https://prenotami.esteri.it and the subsequent booking of appointments starting from 16 January 2023. At the moment the only services that can be booked are PASSPORT and NOTARY. It will therefore be possible to book appointments ONLY through this new IT tool.
The Prenot@Mi portal offers some innovative features. Application security has thus been increased and additional, more robust authentication systems will be introduced, in order to ascertain the genuineness of the user. The simple, intuitive and user-friendly graphic interface also aims to simplify the user's approach during registration and booking. The portal also introduces a waiting list management system, so as not to lose the priority acquired at the time of booking and to provide feedback to the user even in the momentary absence of appointments. Already during the booking phase, the user can upload the documents necessary for the provision of the booked service to the portal, thus reducing processing times at the counter on the day of the appointment.
