Opening hours
Consular section: All the legalization files, once attested by the concerned Bangladeshi authorities and translated by the accredited translation offices (see below), will have to be submitted through the VFS agency - http://www.vfsglobal-it-bd.com/ , info.itbd@vfshelpline.com .
Files whose signer's signature must be attested directly by an embassy official can be submitted on Tuesdays or Thursdays from 9.30 am to 12.30 pm.
Translation, legalization and visa colleting services are available at VFS Agency in "Italy Visa Application Centre" (AJ Heights (Ground Floor), Cha-72/1/D, Progoti Sarani North Badda Dhaka-1212).
The time schedule will be Sunday to Thursday as follows:
Application Submission (All Categories): From 09:00am to 12:00pm
Legalization Submission: From 02:00pm to 04:00pm
Passport Delivery: 04:00pm to 05:00pm
Appointment Scheduling: 09:00am to 12:00pm
Helpline: 9:00am to 3:00pm
