The Embassy of Italy in Dhaka wishes to inform that students who regularly registered on the Universitaly portal will be contacted via email by VFS Global to set up an appointment to submit their respective student visa application. To this end, VFS Global will use the same email address the applicants provided for their registration on Universitaly.

Additionally, applicants are kindly invited to carefully read the dedicated checklist and keep in mind the following instructions:

• The Embassy will accept proof of economic guarantees belonging to the applicant or to the following relatives: parents, grandparents, uncles and aunts, cousins. The abovementioned relatives can also be regularly residing in Italy or be Italian citizens.
• As for the language requirements, the Embassy will only accept language certificates issued by globally recognized institutes or by universities, clearly specifying the applicant’s language proficiency in oral comprehension, written comprehension, speaking and writing.
• Applicants are requested to submit either the CIMEA certificate or a Declaration of Value as proof of the authenticity of the study certificate. Finally, the Embassy wishes to inform that the last day to submit student visa applications for university pre-enrollment is Thursday, 29 October 2026.

ইতালির দূতাবাস, ঢাকা জানাচ্ছে যে Universitaly পোর্টালে নিয়মিতভাবে নিবন্ধিত ছাত্রছাত্রীদেরকে VFS Global ইমেইলের মাধ্যমে ছাত্র ভিসা আবেদন জমা দেওয়ার জন্য অ্যাপয়েন্টমেন্ট নির্ধারণ করতে যোগাযোগ করবে। VFS Global সেই একই ইমেইল ঠিকানা ব্যবহার করবে যা আবেদনকারীরা Universitaly-তে নিবন্ধনের সময় ব্যবহার করেছিলেন।

অতিরিক্তভাবে, আবেদনকারীদেরকে অনুরোধ করা হচ্ছে নির্ধারিত চেকলিস্ট ভালোভাবে পড়তে এবং নিম্নলিখিত নির্দেশনাগুলো মনে রাখতে:

• দূতাবাস আবেদনকারীর নিজের অথবা নিম্নলিখিত আত্মীয়দের অর্থনৈতিক নিশ্চয়তার প্রমাণ গ্রহণ করবে: বাবা-মা, দাদা-দাদি, চাচা-চাচি, মামা-মামী, কাজিন। উল্লিখিত আত্মীয়রা ইতালিতে নিয়মিতভাবে বসবাসরত বা ইতালির নাগরিকও হতে পারেন।
• ভাষাগত যোগ্যতার ক্ষেত্রে, দূতাবাস শুধুমাত্র বিশ্বব্যাপী স্বীকৃত প্রতিষ্ঠান বা বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় কর্তৃক প্রদত্ত ভাষা সনদ গ্রহণ করবে। এতে আবেদনকারীর মৌখিক বোঝাপড়া, লিখিত বোঝাপড়া, কথা বলা এবং লেখার দক্ষতা স্পষ্টভাবে উল্লেখ থাকতে হবে।
• আবেদনকারীদেরকে অবশ্যই শিক্ষাগত সনদের সত্যতা প্রমাণের জন্য CIMEA সার্টিফিকেট অথবা Declaration of Value জমা দিতে হবে।

সবশেষে, দূতাবাস জানাচ্ছে যে বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় প্রি-এনরোলমেন্টের জন্য ছাত্র ভিসা আবেদন জমা দেওয়ার শেষ দিন বৃহস্পতিবার, ২৯ অক্টোবর ২০২৬।
