On the evening of June 1st, 2025, at the “Le Meridien” Hotel in Dhaka, the Embassy of Italy held the reception to celebrate the 79th Republic Day, recurring every year on June 2nd.
H.E. The Adviser for the Ministry of Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs, and Expatriates’ Welfare and Overseas Employment, Mohammad Nazrul Islam, participated as Chief Guest.
The reception offered the occasion to present italian sports culture as an integral part of the Italian way of life, and to promote the Winter Olympics and Paralympics of Milan-Cortina 2026.
The all-italian menu was curated by italian Resident Chef Mr. Cristiano Marrosu.
